On Oct.10, we released several updates to the MedData Patient Responsibility Client Portal.
Info Request Updates include: new Sorting Options when viewing the list of open info requests, new Results Per Page Display which allows you to adjust the view of the total results per page, the ability to upload a document to a specific Info Request, and more.
Account Listing Page Updates: the Back to Search Results Option which allows you to go back to the initial search results without re-entering the search criteria and a Select All Optionwhen viewing Account Listing Results for a guarantor that allows you to select all active charges (this will not select any charges that are currently held, canceled, or end of program).
Payment Screen Updates include: ACH Reversal Message – when taking a payment with ACH/Bank Account, you will now see a message reminding you that any payment taken can be reversed the same day as long as MedData is contacted before 3 p.m. ET the same day the payment is taken.
My Settings Page Updates include: the ability for each user to choose a default location as well as hide or show locations for the POS payment screen.

MGMA Annual Conference: Recap

We’re proud of our many innovations at MedData. Most recently, we are excited to announce our upcoming state-of-the-art Patient Service Center. The facility will be a truly world-class center for our Patient Responsibility service and will have a tremendous impact on our ability to better serve you and your patients. We will be fully online in our new home Monday, Oct. 23, with the grand opening celebration scheduled for Nov. 9.
