The Woodlands, TX (Nov. 11, 2019) – MedData, a leading provider of technology-enabled management services for hospitals and health systems, today hosted a special event to celebrate moving into an office in The Woodlands, TX, that will better accommodate the expanding needs of its business in the modern healthcare environment.
MedData leaders and employees were joined by members of local and regional government during the grand-opening event, including leaders from The Woodlands Township Board of Directors and The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce.
“This expansive office gives us the room to grow and state-of-the-art technology we need to better help our clients solve their financial challenges and to treat their patients with the care and respect they deserve,” said Emily Fisher, president and COO of MedData. “We have been fortunate to call this wonderful Texas community home for many years, and we are delighted to think how beginning this new chapter in this amazing new space will enable us to make an even bigger difference in the lives of so many people right here and across the country.”
The more than 50,000-square-foot office can accommodate over 350 employees. The building has a modern look and feel with plentiful space for future growth and many top-notch amenities, including large, high-tech workstations for employees, advanced training facilities with top-of-the-line AV technology, spacious meeting and conference rooms, and on-site fresh market and fitness center.
Sustained business growth had pushed MedData to near-capacity levels at its previous two offices in The Woodlands. Expanding operations into one facility better equipped to handle future growth aligns with the company’s long-term vision for building upon its Eligibility, Disability, A/R Services, and Third Party Liability service lines. Improved workforce integration at the spacious new office ensures MedData can efficiently scale to match its clients’ growth.
“The greater Houston region has been an important market for us in many ways. It’s home to some of our most valued clients and provides direct access to a diverse pool of premier talent,” Fisher said. “Our investment in this new facility indicates our ongoing commitment to this community and our confidence that we will be a significant contributor to a bright and prosperous future for the entire region.”
